Terms & Conditions

CHARGES  Two people including B&B is £85 a night.  Single occupancy £75.  £20 per person extra; double bed and extra camp beds available (up to 3 people).  Discounts available for longer stays.

DEPOSIT:  All confirmed bookings are subject to a deposit. Deposit required is 50%.

AVAILABILITY  Please enquire by phone or email, and payment should be made by BACS, cash, paypal or cheque. All bookings will be confirmed.

CANCELLATION  in the event of a cancellation up to a week prior to arrival a full refund will be given but shorter notice will result in the loss of deposit.

THE FINAL BALANCE is payable on the morning of departure or to suit.

CHILDREN welcome.

DOGS: We prefer no dogs.

SAFETY:  We refer to our safety folder with Fire Instructions, Accident or Illness.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking in the house.  We are happy to provide ashtrays in the garden if required.
