Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT:  All confirmed bookings are subject to a deposit. Deposit required is 50%.

AVAILABILITY: Please enquire by phone or email, and payment should be made by BACS, cash, paypal or cheque. All bookings will be confirmed.

CANCELLATION: in the event of a cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, a full refund will be given. But shorter notice will result in the loss of deposit.

THE FINAL BALANCE: is payable on the morning of departure or to suit.

DOGS: We prefer no dogs or pets.

SAFETY:  We refer to our safety folder with Fire Instructions, Accident or Illness.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking in the house.  We are happy to provide ashtrays in the garden if required.
